Original Sin Pin Up Party!

Thank you for choosing to participate in an Original Sin Pin Up Party!  This form is designed to outline what you can expect from us, and what we require from you.   Please print two copies of this form.   Sign and date one and return it with your payment, and keep the other for your records.

~Pin Up Parties are designed just for you!   We are dedicated to making sure that you and your party enjoy your experience fully. Your Pin Up Party will be specially tailored to suit your group, and every effort will be made to accommodate you. 

 ~In order to make sure that your Pin Up Party runs smoothly, please read all materials that are provided to you.  Please feel free to call Original Sin at (925) 838-3207 if you have any questions or concerns. 

~The fee for your Pin Up Party is $___ per person.  Pin Up Parties can accommodate between three and eight girls in an evening.  We do not offer individual photo sessions at this time.  Payment is due to Original Sin one week prior to your event.
 
Your payment includes:

·         Professional Hair and makeup styling

·         Use of wardrobe, shoes, and props

·         Professional photography by a female photographer

·         Your choice of two images to be re-touched and printed as 5X7’s.

·         Champagne, bottled water and snacks

~Original Sin provides shoes ranging from size 6 to size 10, and all lingerie in the shop is available for you to borrow for your photo shoot.  When using Original Sin’s wardrobe: you break it, you bought it.  You will be expected to pay for garments that become ripped, soiled, or un-sellable in any way. If you need extended sizes in wardrobe or footwear, please let us know a week before your event so that we can try and accommodate you.  You may also bring your own wardrobe, shoes or props.

~There is NO SMOKING during your Pin Up Party.

~At the end of your Pin Up Party, we will provide you with instructions on how to view your images online by using a personal password. When you have chosen two images to be re-touched, you may call or email the shop or the photographer with the tag numbers of the images.  Once we have received your choices, your prints will be available for pickup at Original Sin within two weeks.

~At www.PinUpParty.com, you may view a list of things that you must bring to the set.  These items are necessary for the event…some for sanitation reasons, and some for legal reasons.  If you do not bring a flesh colored G-String and you would like to borrow wardrobe from Original Sin, you must purchase a G-string at the event for $10.  If you do not bring either your own mascara or false eyelashes, you must purchase one or the other at the event for $5.  If you do not bring a valid photo I.D. stating that you are over the age of 18, you will not be photographed.
