In order to make sure that your Pin Up Party runs smoothly, please read all materials that are provided to you, both in print and online at www.PinUpParty.com.

PAYMENT & SERVICES

The fee for your Pin Up Party is $225.00 per person.  Pin Up Parties can accommodate between three and six girls in an evening.  For larger groups or private sessions, please contact Original Sin for pricing and availability.  A deposit of $225 (payment from one Pin Up Party guest) is due upon booking your date.  Payment from the rest of your party is due to Original Sin no later than one week prior to your event. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.  If you cancel your Pin Up Party outside of one week prior to the booked date, your deposit will be refunded to you in full, in the method it was received.  If you cancel your Pin Up Party less than one week prior to the booked date, your deposit and payments will be held and your Pin Up Party will be re-booked at a date agreed upon by your party members and the Pin Up Party staff.

Your $225.00 payment includes:
-Professional Hair and makeup styling
-Professional photography by a female photographer
-Your choice of two images to be retouched and printed as 5X7's
-Snacks and refreshments
-Use of wardrobe, shoes and props (Original Sin provides shoes ranging from size 6 to size 10, and (almost) all of the lingerie in the shop is available for you to borrow for your photo shoot.  Our sizes range from 34A to 38DD.  If you need extended sizes in wardrobe or footwear, please let us know at least one week before your event so that we can try to accomodate you.  You may also bring your own wardrobe, shoes or props.  If we are not able to accomodate your size, you will be asked to provide your own wardrobe.

TERMS:

-Regarding Original Sin’s merchandise, décor, all staff property, and all photo equipment, your party will be financially responsible for full reimbursement regarding damaged products or equipment belonging to Original Sin and/or the staff and photographer.  Products and equipment include but are not limited to: garments that become ripped, soiled, or un-sellable in any way, store fixtures and displays, and any styling and photography equipment that is damaged by you or someone in your party.  The credit card used to book and hold your Pin Up Party date will be charged in full for any items that become damaged during the event.  

-There is NO SMOKING allowed throughout the duration of your Pin Up Party.

-All guests are expected to use proper judgment and conduct during the event to ensure the safety of each other, the premises, the staff, the merchandise, and the photo equipment.

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

At the end of your Pin Up Party, we will provide you with instructions on how to view your images online by using a personal link. When you have chosen two images to be re-touched, you may contact the photographer with the tag numbers of the images.  Once she has received your choices, your prints will be available for pickup at Original Sin within three weeks.  If you would like a rush order, please contact the photographer for pricing and availability.  All rush orders are at the photographer’s discretion. 

Although you will own your prints, the photographer retains the rights to the images, and will not use or distribute them for marketing purposes unless you (the client) has given written consent.

Anything in excess of the terms of this contract will fall under the photographer’s private business, and will not be disputed with Original Sin or Pin Up Parties.  Example: extra prints, enlargements, rush orders, etc.  will be separately contracted with the photographer at her professional rates.

In your packet, you have received a list of things that you must bring to the set.  These items are necessary for the event…some for sanitation reasons, and some for legal reasons.  If you do not bring a suitable flesh colored panty and you would like to borrow wardrobe from Original Sin, you must purchase a G-string at the event for $10.  If you do not bring either your own mascara or false eyelashes, you must purchase lashes at the event for $5.  If you do not bring a valid photo I.D. stating that you are over the age of 18, you will not be photographed under any circumstances. .

By signing below you agree that you have read and understand the contents of this contract, pages 1-4, and the terms of this event on the day of____/____/____.

You certify that you have furnished valid identification stating that you are of legal age to participate.  You agree that the photo prints belong to you for personal use only, and are not to be sold, distributed, or published in any medium without the express written consent of the photographer and a representative of Original Sin. You also agree that the photographer and Original Sin will have continued access to the images, but will not use them for any reason other than editing without your written permission.
